The 1st International Scientific Conference “HEALTH. PLEASANT SENSATION. PRACTICE.” P. Stradins Medical College of the University of Latvia
On April 6 2017, the 1st International Scientific Conference “HEALTH. PLEASANT SENSATION. PRACTICE.” was held at the P. Stradins Medical College of the University of Latvia, with a view to promote cooperation between students, academic staff and beauty professionals. Conference was organized by a team of lecturers from Department of Medicine study program “Esthetic cosmetology” in collaboration with the deputy director for research.
In the conference were presented studies carried by professionals in the beauty sector, lecturers from medical and cosmetology colleges and students, encouraging the debate to be held on current events in the sector.
During the conference break, participants were offered the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the poster reports, addressing the authors of the studies and discussing the results obtained. Supporters of the conference called for participation in masterclasses.
Collection of theses was issued during the conference.
